101 Reasons to Stop Writing has an excellent little poll about the worst cliches in fiction here.

I'm glad they address so many. And I was able to cast my vote for my most loathed....the dreaded Mary Sue.

While you are at it, there's several excellent articles there as well. If you can get past that vague sense of ironic happenings about a page that has articles dedicated to stopping the writing process.

My personal least favorite was the gratuitous sex scene, but that's because I read way too much science fiction when I was a kid. It's when you realize that the sex scene was put in just to keep the Cat Piss Men from losing interest that you start to see all of the other cliches in the genre.

I enjoy that the Hero's Journey is broken up into at least the last three cliches ^_^

I was torn between "He ran a hand through his hair, so that the author could pad out the chapter with description" and the angsty struggling artist.
